SyteLine Customization & Services

ProTechnology offers our SyteLine users a variety of services to ensure an optimal level of personalization for each and every customer.

Initial discussion and data gathering

Our first meeting with you will help us come to a greater understanding of your needs for SyteLine document output. We will propose a plan to implement the JetTrac DocGen solution to meet your business and technical requirements.

Forms Design

As part of the DocGen Base or Pro Package we will add your logo and address information to the standard templates and do testing with your data files. For Custom Packages we will design new forms to your specifications.

Implementation

We will remotely install, configure and test JetTrac DocGen in your environment and ensure that it is completely configured to meet the stated business requirements.

Training

We will train your Systems Administrator on how JetTrac DocGen runs in a production environment including setting up production jobs, sending the output to your printers and troubleshooting.

Support and Updates

Your annual JetTrac DocGen Technical Support and Update Plan covers all software upgrades and technical support to ensure that your JetTrac DocGen software runs smoothly in production. For development or changes to custom applications please see Development Support Plan.

Development Support Plan

A Development Support Plan covers changes to your Base or Custom forms applications to meet new business requirements. It can also cover additional knowledge transfer and customization to your system.
