Initial discussion and data gathering
Our first meetings will help us put together a scope of work. We will listen to your unique project requirements and discuss with you possible solutions. We will cover several options that may be unique to your platform or require highly specialized solutions. We will discuss your business processes and how you need these output pieces to enhance you current business processes or create newer, more efficient business processes to revamp your operation. We want you to be able to get exactly what you need and we have the experience and tools to get it done. We will get samples of all of your output data. We will also get copies of "maps" telling us where your important data is in your output. Finally, we will want to see samples of what you want your output to look like.

Analysis and Requirements Definition
We will look at your data and determine what it will take to get from point A to point B in the most efficient manner possible. The proper analysis is done on your existing business processes to determine how to develop the best solution for your company. We will apply years of experience with hundreds of clients to create a solution that is customized for you.

Project Specification Development
After the required analysis is completed, ProTechnology will write the specifications for developing your output solution. Depending on the application complexity, this could be a couple of pages to dozens of pages, detailing all the requirements of the application. This document is reviewed by you and approved before development is started.
