Works with Central™ to electronically archive all of your printed output. The JetTrac Archive™ process creates Adobe Acrobat® (.PDF) or HP PCL/TIFF/Postscript files of your output in the background. You choose to archive as you print or even to archive instead of printing. It all happens transparently in the background, without you having to maintain anything.
- Works seamlessly with the JetTrac eDocs™ Electronic Document Management System. JetTrac Archive outputs to our JetTrac eDocs™ EDMS for Document Management directly from Central.
- Works with your existing Electronic Document Management System. JetTrac Archive adapts to feed documents to your current EDMS. Also works without an EDMS.
- Automatic Indexing. As it runs, JetTrac Archive automatically indexes your archives (even with intelligent filenames) for fast and easy finding of your important documents.
- Stores documents one per file. JetTrac Archive automatically generates one output file for each document for quick searching and retrieval, even if Central is fed a batch.
- Archives any Central document. JetTrac Archive can archive any type of document from Adobe Central Pro Output Server such as checks, PO's, invoices, or anything else.
