Stock art, clip art, and photographs
Any digital images, stock photographs, clip art, or other artistic work (collectively "images") delivered with any JetTrac product may be used in accordance with the rights set out in the End-User License Agreement that ships with that JetTrac product. If your intended use falls within the terms of the End-User License Agreement or other product documentation, further written permission is not required.

Any use of images delivered with an ProTechnology product and not provided for in the End-User License Agreement, requires written permission from ProTechnology. In some instances, images included in the JetTrac products may be owned by a third party and licensed under terms different than those contained in the ProTechnology End-User License Agreement. Under these circumstances, the Terms of Use for third-party images are stated in ReadMe or text files associated with that image. If you are seeking to use third-party images or content outside the scope permitted in the terms of the ReadMe or text files, please contact the copyright owner directly for permission. It is unlikely that ProTechnology will be able to grant permission beyond that contained in the End-User License Agreement due to contractual restrictions, third-party rights, and other intellectual property restraints.

If you are still interested in requesting special permission for an ProTechnology image, please submit your request by e-mail. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed.

Under no circumstances will ProTechnology license the reproduction, distribution, or modification of any third-party images displayed on ProTechnology Corporate Website.

Screen shots
Screen shots are individual print screens contained within JetTrac software applications. You may use screen shots in advertising, on documentation (including educational brochures), in tutorial books, in videotapes, or on Web sites, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to ProTechnology, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply ProTechnology sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
3. You may not use the screen shot in a comparative advertisement.
4. You may not alter the screen shot in any way except to resize the screen shot. Your use must contain the entire screen shot. You may not use portions of the screen shots and no portions of a screen shot may be included in your product user interface.
5. You may not use screen shots from ProTechnology beta products or other products that have not been commercially released by ProTechnology.
6. You may not use screen shots that contain third-party content.
7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "JetTrac product screen shot(s) reprinted with permission from ProTechnology Automation, Inc."
8. If your use includes references to an JetTrac product, the full name of the product must be referenced at the first and most prominent mention .
9. If your use includes references to any ProTechnology trademarks, you should include the following trademark attribution statement: "[List of marks used, with "ProTechnology" first, if used, followed by other ProTechnology marks used, in alphabetical order] are either registered trademarks or trademarks of ProTechnology Automatio, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries."
10. Screen shots must be reproduced in their entirety. Permission may be given in certain limited circumstances, however, to use specific portions of a screen shot. For permission to use a screen shot in this manner, click here.

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required. All other uses require written permission from ProTechnology, including use of screen shots in or on a television program, movie, or commercial. If further written permission is required, please complete the submit your request by e-mail . Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed.
Please note that ProTechnology cannot give permission for use of any third-party content (artwork) that may be contained within an ProTechnology screen shot.

Use of material displayed on ProTechnology Corporate Website
All uses of material displayed on ProTechnology Corporate Website are governed by the terms and conditions contained therein.

Use of JetTrac product user guides
ProTechnology does not object to your use of JetTrac product user guides for educational purposes, provided the following guidelines are adhered to:
1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to ProTechnology, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply ProTechnology sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
3. You reproduce no more than two chapters of the product user guide, and such chapters may only be distributed to your students for educational purposes. The copyright page of the product user guide must accompany such documents.
4. You may not alter the ProTechnology product user guide or any material contained therein in any way.
5. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "© (Copyright symbol) (year) with express permission from ProTechnology Automation, Inc." in a conspicuous location with the materials.

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required. All other use of instructional materials requires written permission. Please submit your request by e-mail. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed.
